Green Waste & Outdoor Property Maintenance in Varsity Lakes

Planning green waste & property care in Varsity Lakes

For a Varsity Lakes courtyard or lawn beside paving, tell us how the outdoor space is used and where you want planting kept clear.

If work is in a managed property, confirm access arrangements and which outdoor areas are included.

• Garden edges beside paved living areas
• Clear scope for managed properties

What the work can include

• Clippings, prunings and garden debris removed
• Existing green waste piles cleared
• Leaf and storm debris clean-ups
• General outdoor tidy-ups around the property
• Presentation work before inspections and open homes

Is existing green waste included in maintenance?

Clippings from our mowing, hedging and garden maintenance are taken away. A pile that is already on the property is a separate removal job. Show its size, contents and distance from vehicle access so we can quote it accurately.
